topic of white city and black City mainly occur during the organisation of Calcutta
black City consist of schools and illiterate Indians and white city consist of British officers and British novels in black city in the system of Civil and safe drinking water is not available but invited in the sewer system is brilliant and water supply system is also available black City consist of slum areas but why cities have the various Bungalows and open space Mini the British main black and white city to treat Indians as inferior and Britishers as superiors thank you

BLACK AND WHITE City, this has very deep meaning hidden in itself=>
1)Generally black is referred as something bad or unusual and white is referred as very good and usual.
2)During British rule, they divided Kolkata into two parts.
3)One was named White part and another for the blacks.
In the white parts the British officials and men lived while on the other side the poor Indians were forced to live under very harsh conditions.
4)The Indians were taken as slaves and were used in building the offices and other structures for British.
