buoyant force define as When we go down into the fluid, the number of layers of liquid which are overvalued i.e. The layers are increased, above one, due to the difference in pressure between the curtains. A built-in force is applied to it in the upper direction. This force leads to acceleration of the object dipped in the upper direction. The force is always in the vertical direction, the difference between the pressure of the top and the last layer equals the difference and is equal to the weight of the fluid being displaced.

The buoyant force is equal to the weight of liquid displaced by the immersed part of the body this force is a tendency to move up that is why buoyant force is also called upthrust
