Hii There!!

Carbon:- It is a non-metal having atomic no. 6 and belonging to 14th group of modern periodic table and it shows tetra valency.
It occurs in impure form of charcoal , soot and coal.
It mainly have 2 forms namely Graphite(soft and layered structure) and diamond (hardest element).
