Chocolate is a brown coloured candy which is prepared from cacao seeds. The seeds of the cacao tree have bitter taste so to make it a tasty candy it must be fermented to develop a flavor.
Chocolate has become one of the most popular food types and flavors in the world. Many food stuffs are created with chocolate like cakes, cookies, ice creams, pudding and much more. Many candies are filled with or coated with sweetened chocolate.
Now it have become a tradition to gift chocolate on certain western holidays such as Easter , friendship day.
Chocolate is also used in cold and hot beverages such as chocolate milk or hot chocolate.
Although cocoa was originated in America but now we we see that the African nations are playing a leading role in production of cocoa.
It has become favourite among the children.

♦♦♦♦Chocolate is a food made from the seeds of a cocoa bean.It is used in many desserts like cakes , candy , pudding ,ice cream and Easter eggs .It can be a solid form like a candy bar or it can be in a liquid form like a hot chocolate .
The taste of chocolate is often described as sweet because chocolate makers add a lot of sugar and milk for taste . This means chocolate can be bad for your teeth(*^_^*).It is best to eat in moderation.
There are three main types of chocolate :-
White Chocolate, Milk chocolate, and dark chocolate..
White chocolate tastes much sweets than the other two types ,becoz it has more of the sweets ingredients in it .
Milk chocolate is sweet , but not as sweet as white chocolate.Dark chocolate is the least sweet and has the strongest chocolate flavor .
Dark chocolate has up to 60-85 % cocoa.♦♦♦♦♦♦♦
