Seasonal hunger is a chronic, slow, persistent, insidious condition that affects generations of people in a geographic region. Unlike famine, this hunger is a cycle of quiet and predictable starvation.

The Food and Agricultural Organization (FAO) of the United Nations defines chronic hunger as undernourishment caused by not ingesting enough energy to lead a normal, active life. ... In simple words, what you eat outside which will not let you eat satisfactorily for long time is called Chronic Hunger.
