  4. Then Mahatma Gandhi re-designed the Flag and changed to a tricolour (red, green, white) flag and had a spinning wheel in the centre, representing the Gandhian ideal of self-help.
  5. Carrying and holding a flag with respect shows Respect and DIGNITY to one's Country.
