Examples of combinations of solids from real life:

In the real life situations,we basically deal with the three-dimensional solid objects,which have specific or non-specific geometrical shapes and forms.

Similarly,the solid object which is formed with more than one geometrical shapes and forms ,is known as the combination of solids.

Example:

A) Pencil:The tip of the pencil is a cone but the body of the pencil is a cylinder.

B) Mosque:The upper portion of a mosque is a hemisphere but the down portion a mosque is generally a cube or cylinder.
