The community government was first originated in Belgium, in community government, a specific person is chosen from a particular religion or caste who represents their community. When this concept was introduced at first there were are a lot of problems and a lot of people had a fight over this because they didn't support the idea of community government. It is a form of government in which the electedbody by the people belonging to one language one culture or a common property,no matter where they live.This government has the power regarding cultural, educational and language-related issues.
