Power shared among different social groups such as religious and linguistic groups is known as community.
Community government was practiced in Belgium (a small country in Europe). The power was shared among french speaking community and dutch speaking community equally. This brought a good understanding between the two communities and also avoided the domination of majority on minority. This helped to run the government peacefully.

Answer:

Explanation:

In Belgium , the leaders have realized that the unity of the nation is possible only by respecting the feelings and interest of different communities and regions.Such a realization resulted in the mutually acceptable arrangements for power sharing. On the other hand Sri Lanka shows a contrasting example that if the majority community wants to force its supermacy on the others and refuses to share power , it can shatter the unity of the nation.
