A vascular bundle in which phloem encircles the central strand of xylem is called as amphicribralbundle, also known as hadrocentric bundle. Ex. Selaginella. The concentric bundles, either amphivasal or amphicribral, are closed as there is no cambium in between xylem and phloem.
