constant acceleration is a change in velocity that does not vary over a given length of time.if a car increase its velocity by 20mph over the course of a minute, than increase by another 20mph the next minute,its average acceleration is constant 20mph per minute.

Answer:

1) Acceleration is the rate of change of velocity.

Explanation:

2) It gives an idea how quickly velocity of a body is changing.

3) Acceleration is uniform, when in equal intervals of time, equal changes of velocity occurs.

4) For example, while driving a car, if we steadily increase the velocity from 30km/h to 35km/h in one second and 35km/h to 40km/h in the next second and so on this case the acceleration is 5km/h, is said to be constant acceleration.

•°• Constant acceleration=Change in velocity/Time taken=>a= ∆v/∆t

°•° ∆ represents Delta.

Hopefully it will help you!
