If ABC and DEF are congruent, Angles A & D are corresponding parts. Similarly, angles B & E. Similarly, Side AB & DE are corresponding sides. Also BC and EF are corresponding sides.

there are 6 parts of a triangle ( 3 sides and 3 angles ) and we use any 3 of these to show or prove the congruency of 2 triangles .
CPCT means that if 2 triangles ABC and PQR are congruent then by SSS (suppose) then , all the angles of these two triangles will be equal by CPCT .
similarly , it can happen in any of the congruence criteria , apart from the three shown equal parts the rest parts of triangles are also equal
