actually when one person gives or takes money from other without any genuine cause ...it is corruption.
it is one of the big evils that our nation is facing at the present era ..
It has its roots deep inside our society , today corruption has no level or rank..
a man who is at the base and other who is the head of any organization, social programming is corrupt.
and one thing I want to light up that our state J and K is the number one corrupt state of India
