Its value depends upon: The number of turns in the coil. The torsion constant of the suspension fibre of the coil. Current Sensitivity Means The Number Of Deflections Produced by the Gavenometer When a Unit Current Passes Through it. so it depends on angle of deflection as well as on the current passing through it.
