A plant Cell consists of  the cell membrane or wall and protoplasm inside the cell membrane.

Protoplasm contains nucleus and cytoplasm.  So cytoplasm is the semifluid substance in the cell, excluding the nucleus and including the organelles inside the cell.

Cytoplasm functions are : photosynthesis, protein synthesis, respiration.
