A Demand Draft is an instrument that one bank branch draws on another bank branch.
If the particulars of a receiving bank branch are specified, the process of encashing the Demand Draft becomes easier for the receiver.
When the receiving branch is not specified, it may delay the time for withdrawal of the amount.
