Answer:

dilution of acid means the water combine with acid and if the acid are more reactive then their concentration become low but it is acidic in nature. If the water dilute equal to acid they formed the neutral solution and it's ph is 7 . they nither be acidic and nor be basic . In last case if the water dilute with low acidic then in reaction they become a basic in nature.
