Examples
General signs and symptoms common to a number of infectious diseases include:

Fever.
Diarrhea
.Fatigue.
Muscle aches.
Coughing.

Disease means an harmful deviation from normal situation to an abnormal situation or more effectively called illness that affects the normal physiological condition.

Explanation:

If any disease occur then it can be determined by studying it's symptoms or also called as subjective evident of disease.

Example 1-

Common cold is a viral infectious disease that is cause due to corona virus which causes symptoms like fever,cough,sneezing,blocked nose etc.

Example 2-

Hepatitis b is a common liver disease that is caused by hepatitis b virus (HBV) causes symptoms like abdominal pain, joint pain,loss appetite,vomiting etc.
