let us take an example we have a family which is very poor and is in impoverished condition it has a few acres of land let it be one acre and 10 members are working on it now we know that the production which is yielded from that one acre land is same if the 10 members work on it or if 5 men work on it so we know that there are five members extra and if we remove the extra members the production would not be affected that means if one quintal of wheat is obtained then after removing 5 extra persons we will have one quantal of wheat so in this way we can say that although these all members tend to be employed but the 5 extra members are disguisedly employed because they are working in the field but their working is not essential and the work and still go on even if they are not there so this is what we called disguised employment in which the workers appear to be employed but in the real Sands they are not employed because whether or not they are present the production from the same land is saying and is not affected
