Disguised unemplyment is a hidden unemoloyment where a person apparently seems to be working but he is not working to his fullest potential.
it means that a person is working but not to his fullest capacity and if one or two are removed from the job then also there will be no problen.
Seasonal unemployment is one in which thd person work only during a particular season. its mostly seen in farming.

Seasonal unemployment : In this type of unemployment, people are not able to find work during some months of the year. It is usually seen in agriculture. There is a lot of work required in harvest and sowing season but there is no work when the crops are growing.
Disguised unemployment : In this people seem to be employed but are actually unemployed. For example as such as 8 people are working on a farm but only four are required . So if the extra four are removed there is no effect on the farm production . Thus , these four person seemed to be employed but are actually disguisedly unemployed.
