The blood passes through the heart twice through separate Pathways for completing one cycle this type of circulation is called double circulation.


The double circulation of blood includes :

1) systemic circulation
2) pulmonary circulation


1) systemic circulation : In this circulation due to contraction of left auricle through vena cava oxygenated blood flows with the help of other arteries to the tissues of the body and through cells blood reaches to all the cells . deoxygenated blood with the help of cells and veins disease back to right auricle.

2) pulmonary circulation : In this Path way blood circulates from Heart by contraction of right auricle via Pulmonary artery blood reaches to lungs during flow through capillaries blood gets oxygenated in lungs by Pulmonary vein oxygenated blood test to left auricle of the heart.
