DOUBLE CIRCULATION :-

• The oxygenate blood from the lungs return to the heart ,which is pumped again to different parts of body by the heart .Thus, the blood passes twice through the heart by making on complete round through the body. This is called blood circulation.
• The human circulatory system is a double circulatory system .It has two separate circuits and blood passes to the heart twice ,the pulmonary circuit is between the heart and lungs. The systematic is between the heart and other organs.

HOW BLOOD FLOWS THROUGH HEART :-

• Blood flows through heart and lungs in four steps :-The right atrium receives oxygen -poor blood from the body and pumps it to the right ventricle though the tricuspid valve. The right ventricle pumps the oxygen -poor blood to lungs through the pulmonary valve.
