Elasticity means that whatever force is applied, the object will return to its initial shape.
Plasticity is opposite of the former, it can't return to its initial shape after the application of force.

Elasticity =>
It is the property of material by which it regain its original shape
Let take a example we apply a force on a body and there is some change in length if after removal of load is regain it original shape that material is known as elastic material and that property is known as elasticity.
Plasticity ==>
It is the property of material by which it don't able to regain its original shape fully
Let take a example we apply a force on a object and is deform after removal of load it doesn't gain its original shape that property of material is called Plasticity
