electrical energy is defined as the total work done by the source of EMF in displacing the electron from lower potential to the higher potential region .

where W is equal to electrical work done
V is equal to potential difference
t is equal to time period

ELECTRICAL POWER:

the rate of electrical work done is called as Electrical power.

The relation between electrical work done and electrical power is given by
W=E=Pt
