=> It means that all citizens are equal before the law irrespective of gender,religion,caste or social background.
=> This is also called RULE OF LAW.
=> In our country , equality before law is secured by RIGHT TO EQUALITY.
=> No body can get special treatment . Even the prime minister and a small farmer will be subjected to the same laws.
