Eukaryotes refers to an organism consisting of a cell or cells in which the genetic material DNA that is present in form of chromosomes wid distinct nucleus.

Eukaryotes includes all organisms except eubacteria n archaea.

Prokaryotes refer to microscopic single celled organisms that lacks membrane bound nucleus, mitochondria or any other membrane bound organelles.
