The Nazis during the rule of Hitler never used words like kill or murder in their official meetings i.e they avoided the use of negative words to divert the attention of people. They used certain irrelevant terms like special treatment, final solution, selection, disinfection etc instead of negative words. 

Euthanasia was one of these words. 
Euthanasia was the term used for physically disabled people, it considered them to be undesirable and they didnt had the right to live.
