Evaporation : It is the process of changing of liquid state of matter into gaseous state even below their bowling point.

Boiling : It is also the process of changing of liquid state of matter into gaseous state at its boiling point.

From definition it is clear that evaporation can take place at any temperature while boiling can take place only after reaching the boiling point of a matter.

The most common example of evaporation is of water.

You might have observed that when you drop water on surface after some time it becomes dry.Was the temperature of surface was 100°c ,no then also water changed into gas because of evaporation.
