It means that whether that person is rich, poor, sick or in any conditions has to follow the laws and will be punished no matter what race or tradition he/she is . Or without any discrimination to equal protection of the law.

❇ Every person is equal before the law describes about RIGHT TO EQUALITY. According to this right, Every person is equal, no matter whether he is a president or a beggar. Law is equal for all. It doesn't leases to anyone considering the rank or status. It had also provided facilities for the common people to give their rights.
