✔According to Indian constitution, Article 21 A assures Right to life. It states that the person's life or freedom can be taken by only pleasuring a balanced and a fair trial. Everyone are equal in the eyes of law has a right to a fair trial when accused.

✔The important features of fair trial are:-

⏩The accused is given a copy of FIR, chargesheet evidences based on which charges are framed.

⏩He / She should be presented before a magistrate within 24 hours.

⏩A person cannot be illustrated during his / her arrest or trial period.

⏩Trial is held in the presence of accused.

⏩The judges should be unbiased and impartial. The accused is defended by a lawyer which should be provided by the state.

⏩The defence is a given ample opportunity to present witness to prove that accused is not guilty.
