When p type semiconductor in a transistor is attached to positive terminal or n type is attached to negative terminal of battery then it is called forward biasing.
when p type is attached to negative terminal of the battery then it is called reverse biasing
when p type is attached to negative terminal of the battery then it is called reverse biasing
