Genocidal war means brutal killing on a large scale of any section of the society. Germany waged it during the World War 2. There was large number of people who were jews, blacks, gypsies and people of other sections of society who were not pure Germans were killed on a large scale. After the defeat of nazi germany in world war 2 Hitler with his minister Goebbels and all of his family members committed suicide.
