happiness is a state of mind means that you are not happy physically when you are happy really then smile automatically comes on your face because it is a mental phenomena it is related to your mind when you are very less and without any tensions or vexations then you are in a state of other happiness and this is the meaning of happiness is a state of mind not of your physical appearance
