electron current flows from higher concentration to lower concentration of electrons the direction of conventional current is opposite to that of electron current so conventional current flows from a conductor at Higher potential to a conductor at lower potential

By Convention, a positively charged body is said to be at high potential and a negatively charged body is said to be at low potential.
