horizontal distribution of power air power is shared in such a way in which we cannot say that which section has more power .Good example of it like legislative Judiciary and executive one of the main class and one follows La and lastly remain Judiciary if anyone do not follow Islam then the work of the punishment our had been given to judiciary.simply here we have to understand that we can't say in those three them that who has more power so it is horizontal distribution of power
