Horizontal power sharing means different organs of govt. place at same level . No one of them is superier or inferior than other . In India , there are 3 main organs of govt. , namely , Legistlatue , Judiciary & Executive . All of them deal with different issues .Each organ checks the others' functioning . That's why it is commonly know as system of checks and balances .
