International Monetary Fund (IMF) is an international organisation which oversees the financial institution and regulations acting at the international level. The IMF of 184 members country but all the do not have an equal say. The top 10 countries have 55% of the votes they include the G-8 members( the US ,Japan, Germany ,UK ,Italy ,Kavita and Russia),Saudi Arabia and China.The US alone accounts for 17.4 percent voting rights.
