Indentation is a process of increasing or decreasing the space between the left and right margin of a paragraph.

In word there are four types of indents:-

  • In the paragraph dialogue box, under the 'indentation' section, set the value in the left spin box.

  • Right indent indicates the space between the paragraph and the right margin.
