The Judiciary in India is independent organ , which means that it is not under the control of any other organ and can take it's own decisions regarding any issue . The other organs i.e., executive and legislature cannot influence it's decision .

It is also impartial which means that it's decisions are not in favor to any one but in favor to the truth and justice .
