independent of judiciary means that judiciary system of country would be free from the influence and control of the executive and the legislative of government.“It means freedom from both,fear and favour of the other two organs”. (Dr.V.K.rao) It’s very important because it refers to an environment where judges can pass impartial judgement.That’s why the judge of the supreme court and the high court are appointed by the president directly.
