what do you mean by jati pratha

A/c to this pratha peoples discriminate each other on the basis of their jati through which they belongs to,If they belongs to a lower caste/jati like SC or ST then they were discriminated more but, If belongs to upper castes like brahmin then they were not discriminated and treated properly.
