Molasse is liquid or get type solution obtained from sugarcane as the product.

After the process of conversion the sugarcane liquid into a more concentrated gel type liquid by refining sugarcane molasse is obtained.

Which is called "गुड" in hindi.

Molasse is actually sugar but the higher concentration of sugar makes it more sweeter used in flavouring of food as it is known for it's sweetness.

Molasses or black treacle is a viscous product resulting from refining sugarcane or sugar beets into sugar. Molasses varies by amount of sugar, method of extraction, and age of plant. Sugarcane molasses is primarily used for sweetening and flavoring foods in the United States, Canada, and elsewhere. Molasses is a defining component of fine commercial brown sugar.
