Answer: motivation is simply the zeal to do or want to do more even knowing you have reached a perceived limit or competence, or the ability to influence it in individuals.

Its role in leadership is mostly in giving speeches and leading by example

Explanation: because people see you doing it they believe they can do it as well or better. Giving speeches to sympathize or empathize with the people and show them other ways of thinking or doing something they felt they can't do
