What do you mean by MSP & Explain the problems related to high MSP ?

hey mate here is ur answer....

MSP's are Mini steel plants are smaller, have electric furnaces, use steel scrap and sponge iron. They have re-rollers that use steel ingots as well. They produce mild and alloy steel of given specifications.

So here is what we actually wanted MSP is Minimum Support Prices are the minimum prices declared by the government for the producers or better say farmers to sell their produce. It a form of market intervention by government to protect the producers.
When the gap between the market price and MSP increases it create budget deficit.Government had to bear loss as it's a subsidy programme
