IF A PARTY SECURES 6 PER CENT OF TOTAL VOTE IN LOK SABHA ELECTION (OR) WIN FOUR STATES IN LEGISLATIVE ASSEMBLY ELECTIONS AND THE PARTY SHOULD WIN FOUR SEATS IN LOK SABHA.
