In MS Paint Opaque is a command to make an image transparent. IN windows xp version there was an option to transparent an image from the real image, where we need to deselect the opaque to save the transparent image.

In Windows8  there is the way to do that, first go to the home option then select then transparentselection where one can see that it describes that by using this tool one can change the background color of the selected opaque.
