Answer:

The translation of a free vector parallel to it self is called parallel translation of vector. If two vectors A and B are parallel to each other and are of of equal magnitude then A=B. So we can make our calculations with any of these two vectors without harming any physics and final result

It means that u can move vectors if u keep the magnitude and direction same.
