Hey!!!
Good Morning
___________
According to class 10
=> pH = power of hydrogen
=> It indicates whether the given sample is acidic or basic or neutral in nature.
Criteria, if pH < 7 , then sample is acidic
Eg. HCl has pH 1
if pH = 7 , then sample is neutral
Eg. NaCl has pH 7
if pH > 7 , then sample is basic
Eg. NaOH has pH 14
Relation ⤵️
=> Acidic Nature is inversely proportional to pH value
=> If the pH value Increases acidic Nature of the sample decreases

Hope this helps ✌️
