In case of any violation of a Fundamental Rights of an individual, the aggrieved person can go to a court for remedy.
The person can go to court against the violation of a Fundamental Right, if it is one of his/her of social or public interest.
The aggrieved person can file a PIL. This is called Public Interest Litigation (PIL).
