Hello friend

Explanation:

Position of object means the exact location, where the object is placed or kept. It can be defined by x, y or z values. Eg:- position (scientific) of my tooth brush is 20 64 87 (x, y, z respectively).

If it is the position of object in more than one dimension, and it makes a difference whether it’s the distance from the origin or the distance to the origin, then the position behaves like a vector. But if it’s a position on a line, for example, then it’s a scalar.

I hope this helps you

Thanks

Explanation:

position describes the location of an object

the place or an object is the location of that place or object .... Each time you identify the position of an object you are comparing the location of the object with the location of another object or place

it is neither scalene nor vector quantity because it has no direction
